CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your reservation within 6 hours of the assigned class, it is considered a “late cancel” and you will be charged for the class. If you cancel outside of the 6 hour period, you will not be charged and that class will be returned to your account for future use.

PRIVACY POLICY

To register for a class, session, workshops or special events, or to make a purchase, redeem a gift certificate or coupon, you must first register with us. When filling out our registration form you are required to give your contact information (such as name, street address, phone number and email address). Your registration information becomes part of your personal account, which you can access by accessing your client information in the MindBody database. We intend to provide basic updates and information about upcoming events at Sāra Sacred Healingn via emails to registered students. All students will be provided the opportunity to opt out of this service.

Sāra Sacred Healing does not sell, has never sold, and does not intend to sell personal data about visitors or students to marketers.

Sāra Sacred Healing may collect, for internal use, statistical information about your membership in order that we may better serve you better. This may include such information as the distribution of our membership by location, referral type, age, etc.

This statistical information may also be used, in the aggregate, as Sāra Sacred Healing works to serve the mission of the organization. For example, we may wish to answer questions such as “What percentage of our students have been attending for more than one year?” and to collect demo-graphical data.

REFUND POLICY

SERVICES + Merchandise

All sales for services (classes, workshops, events) passes and memberships are final – no refunds. 5 and 10 class packages expire one year from date of purchase – no exceptions. Unused product purchases may be returned with the original receipt in original packaging within 30 days for exchange or credit only – no refunds. Returns are accepted only on products that have not been opened, used or damaged. Merchandise purchased on sale, including Black Friday is final sale – no returns.

Introductory memberships, class packages, monthly and annual memberships are not transferable. Payment for Products & Services by credit card will be processed in Canadian Dollars at the time of payment. Sāra Sacred Healing is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates of additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.

 

Workshops + Pre Registered Classes

There are no refunds or exchanges on Workshops purchased on Black Friday.

For full price workshops, registration in a workshop may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance with a 20% admin fee. The admin fee will be waived if the purchaser opts for a Sāra Sacred Healing credit in lieu of a refund. No refunds on workshops within 48 hours of their start date.

Missed workshop days or pre-registered classes are not credited. Special circumstances may be considered if the Sāra Sacred Healing is informed at least 48 hours in advance of the workshop date.

 

Teacher Training + Retreats

Deposits on retreats are non-refundable. No refunds on retreats.

Store Refund Policy:
Returns / Exchanges: Items must not be opened or used in order for them to be accepted. You can return / exchange items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Returned Items will be refunded to your credit card or given to you as a gift certificate for a future purchase or service.

Exchanged Items will be for products of equal or lesser value. If the value is less, your credit card will be credited accordingly or you can choose for the remainder of the value to be added to a gift certificate for a future purchase or service.
