To register for a class, session, workshops or special events, or to make a purchase, redeem a gift certificate or coupon, you must first register with us. When filling out our registration form you are required to give your contact information (such as name, street address, phone number and email address). Your registration information becomes part of your personal account, which you can access by accessing your client information in the Practice Better database. We intend to provide basic updates and information about upcoming events at Sāra Sacred Healing via emails to registered students. We will at times use third-party services and platforms to automate our email program including an integration between our Practice Better database and MailChimp, facilitated by Zapier.  All students will be provided the opportunity to opt out of this service.

Sāra Sacred Healing does not sell, has never sold, and does not intend to sell personal data about visitors or students to marketers.

Sāra Sacred Healing may collect, for internal use, statistical information about your membership in order that we may better serve you better. This may include such information as the distribution of our membership by location, referral type, age, etc.

This statistical information may also be used, in the aggregate, as Sāra Sacred Healing works to serve the mission of the organization. For example, we may wish to answer questions such as “What percentage of our students have been attending for more than one year?” and to collect demo-graphical data.
