Saṅgha is often translated as “spiritual family,” “spiritual community,” or “good company.” In its essence, it is the coming together of a group of people who are connected by certain shared principles, striving to become the best version of themselves, and supporting each other in that effort.
There is a call for community and connection to be in communion with one another as we heal, grow and live a life of harmony. Our online memberships are a response to this sacred call, with two complimentary programs to integrate the wisdom of the Vedas through lived practice. The Saṅgha is a group live program weaving the teachings of Yoga, Āyurveda, Energy Medicine along with Jyotisha (Vedic Astrology), and the Living program offers the supplementary lifestyle guidance to install in daily life.

The Vedic wisdom of Yoga & Āyurveda have traditionally been practiced together, guided by the insight of Jyotisha (Vedic Astrology, known as the Eye of the Vedas). This group monthly program has been developed with the intent to practice and live the sacred teachings as a collective. To be guided by the Sāra of our surroundings and land with presence, humility and reverence. At the beginning of each month, through Satsung, Karen shares the theme and general state that we can expect (from nature and the cosmos) informing how the outer world influences our inner world. She provides insights, Vedic stories and guidance on how to navigate the month. We then come together, weekly, to live these sacred teeachings through practice.

This guided online monthly membership offers weekly recipes and lifestyle protocols that bring balance to the mind and body, based off the seasons and help implement living the wisdom of Āyurveda in a way that is approachable and sustainable. From nutrition, morning and evening practices, herbs, and other lifestyle approaches, the Science of Life (Āyurveda) has offered a way to live life in harmony rather than disease. This can be in opposition to the modern world, and as such, Karen offers weekly reflections and support on how to best implement these practices to remain consciously aware of obstacles, challenges and opportunities that keep you committed.
